Work Experience:

With 15 years of dedicated service at a local Internet Service Provider (ISP), Jonathan has honed his skills through various pivotal roles including Install/Repair Technician, Network Specialist, and Network Engineer. Since 2018, he has been excelling as the Manager of Network Services for a power utility company.

As an Install/Repair Technician, Jonathan was responsible for installing and maintaining telephone systems, cable TV, Internet services (Cable Modem, DSL, FTTH), and home security systems. In his role as a Network Specialist, he provided Tier 3 support to residential and business customers and managed the provisioning of back office services such as Internet circuits and managed Wi-Fi.

Transitioning to a Network Engineer, Jonathan researched, designed, documented, and implemented ISP technologies, specializing in BGP, OSPF, STP, MPLS/VPLS, IPTV, and Enterprise Wi-Fi. Currently, as the Manager of Network Services, he leads a team responsible for corporate Internet and Intranet, Wi-Fi, the full Cisco Suite phone system, DNS/DHCP management, and collaboration tools.
