Pay an invoice

Several ways to settle up. Whichever you pick, put your invoice number with it. That is what tells us whose payment it is.

Before you pay anyone, including us

Our payment details will never change. We will never email you asking you to send payment to a different account, a new bank, or a new address.

If you receive a message that appears to be from us asking for exactly that, it isn’t from us. Don’t reply to it and don’t pay it. Call (843) 312-9493 first. Redirecting a supplier’s invoice is one of the most common frauds committed against small businesses, and a thirty-second phone call defeats it every time.

Ways to pay

Always include your invoice number. A payment with no reference sits unmatched until someone works out who sent it, which usually means a phone call to you.

  • Card, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay

    Our PayPal payment link. Enter the amount from your invoice and your invoice number, and pay with a card, your PayPal balance, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Pay Later. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay by card.

    1. Have your Wave invoice in front of you.
    2. Enter the amount shown as due.
    3. Put your invoice number in the Invoice ID field. This is what lets us match the payment to your account.
    4. Choose how you want to pay and confirm.

  • Venmo

    Paid directly rather than through the PayPal checkout, which is meaningfully cheaper for us and identical for you.

  • Bank transfer (ACH)

    Every invoice we email carries its own secure payment page with a bank-transfer option. It’s the cheapest way to settle a large balance and it reconciles automatically, so nothing needs matching up by hand.

    1. Open the invoice email we sent you.
    2. Click the payment button in the invoice itself.
    3. Choose the bank-transfer option and follow the prompts.

    Do not have the email anymore? Ask us below and we’ll re-send it to the address already on your account.

  • Check

    Still perfectly welcome. Make it payable to Kitts IT Solutions, LLC, and write your invoice number on the memo line.

    1. Payable to: Kitts IT Solutions, LLC
    2. Write your invoice number on the memo line.
    3. The mailing address is on your invoice. Call us if you need it again.

Can’t find your invoice?

Tell us who you are and we will re-send it.

We send it to the email address already on your account, not to the address typed here, so a request from the wrong person reaches nobody.
